Refund Policy
Our Policies of Cancellation or Change of Enrolment
Weavers Web Academy provides a policy associated with refunding which is fair and impartial.
When a student signs up for a course with Weavers Web Academy, the student enters into a legal agreement which falls under common law where they agree to go by the rules of the enrollment in return for the educational services provided by the academy.
It should be noted that Weavers Web Academy shall not be held either responsible or accountable for any kind of changes in situations of students.
The Refund Policy
The process of confirmation, acceptance and commitment to pay all the fees mentioned is initiated with the complete filling up of the enrolment form. In case of electronic submission of the enrolment form, students are required to go through the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and also give a confirmation to it before the process of enrolment form submission and processing begins. With the checking of the proper box, it is taken in that the student completely accepts the Terms and Conditions of Weavers Web Academy.
No refunds shall be granted in case the student:
- Has a mind-change and demands a refund after the enrollment process has been completed
- Do not attend the classes and also do not provide sufficient reason for the same
- Is unable to perform in the live project sessions
The admission of a student can be cancelled if he/she remains unavailable for classes for a prolonged period of time, does not receive the calls from the academy, or provide any valid reason for his/her absence.
Postponing of the course
While the course period is on, if required a student can apply for postponing the course to a later period (it could be for a period of 3-6 months). However, proper documentation is required which would provide the explanation as to why the course cannot be continued for the stated period of time.
Transference
Provisions are there in case a student feels reluctant to continue a particular course and is desirous of shifting to a different course, he/she can apply for granting special permission to shift to a different course. No refunds are applicable in such a case.
Disclaimer
It is ensured via all attempts that the information delivered by Weavers Web Academy is accurate and it is seen that the students acquire the required competencies that are provided through the courses at the time when they are being assessed. Further to this point, it becomes the sole responsibility of the student to stay updated and also maintain the competencies that have been acquired and apply the skills and the knowledge that have been imparted to them in an appropriate manner. The academy cannot be held liable for any kind of mismanagement of directions that have been delivered during the course. Any kind of selling or transference of course materials, notes is hereby prohibited by the student enrolled unless directed by the academy to do the same.
